"Can you, for a moment, imagine how depressing it is to teach five centuries of masculine ineptitude?"

I'll have this to look forward to should I become a history teacher. Title is from 'The History Boys'.

The Day So Far
Showered, did laundry and am starting to watch more of season 1 of 'Dollhouse'.

News/Stuff About Celebrities and Movies/Music/TV Shows/etc.
Movie You Should Be Excited About:
'Law Abiding Citizen'

I've started to like Gerard Butler more and more as the years go on, especially when they give him good meaty roles like this. He's not a bad actor by any stretch of the imagination, I just think he hasn't been given good roles yet {the only movies I've seen him in were 'Phantom of the Opera', '300' and 'The Proposal'}. This looks like it could change all that.

And even if you don't agree with me about Gerry Butler, sometimes it's nice to root for the "bad guy".

From IMDB.com: "An everyday guy decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets his family's killers free. His target: The district attorney who orchestrated the deal."

Starring: Gerard Butler, Jaime Foxx, Leslie Bibb and Michael Kelly {seen in Zack Snyder's 'Dawn of the Dead'}

Movie News:
-Quentin Tarantino has announced plans for 'Kill Bill Vol. 3'. I didn't think the first two were particularly THAT good, but they were entertaining. And as far as action movies go in today's world, they were some of the best {aside from 'Eastern Promises' and maybe 'Shoot 'Em Up'...which has to be mentioned for the sheer absurdity that was that movie}.

-'Transformers 3' is set for a 2011 release. I really hope this is the last of these movies, because I am sick of seeing ads for it and I am sick of seeing that gross chick Megan Fox and her toe thumbs. Seriously. Google 'Megan Fox's thumbs', and you will see the evidence.

Movies I'm Looking Forward to Seeing:
-Law Abiding Citizen: release date of October 16, 2009
-Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day: release date of October 30, 2009
-The Fourth Kind: release date of November 6, 2009
-The Fantastic Mr. Fox: wide release date of November 25, 2009
-The Road: release date of November 25, 2009
-The Princess and the Frog: release date of December 11, 2009
-Daybreakers: release date of January 8, 2010
-Legion: release date of January 22, 2010
-Shutter Island: release date of February 19, 2010
-A Nightmare on Elm Street: release date of April 30, 2010

I love that pic of Jackie so much. So beautiful. It's my desktop background on my work computer right now. :-)

Urgh, I just realized Shutter Island would have come out today. That makes me really sad.
